Book Your Order LLP ("we", "us") operates the BookYourOrder platform, which provides restaurants and cafes with QR ordering, digital menu management, live order management, POS billing, thermal receipt printing, GST invoices and eBills, and customer order tracking. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

It applies to our public website, the restaurant dashboard, and the customer-facing QR ordering and order-tracking pages served through the platform.

We collect only the information needed to operate the platform:

• Enquiry data submitted on our public website: name, business name, phone number, email address, city, outlets, areas of interest and your message.
• Restaurant account data: account email/username, restaurant name, branding details such as an uploaded restaurant logo, menu and pricing information, table count and staff accounts created by the restaurant owner.
• Billing configuration entered by the restaurant: GST/tax settings and invoice details used to generate invoices and receipts.
• Customer order data captured at the point of ordering: table number, selected items, order notes and the customer phone number required to place and track an order.
• Operational records generated by the system: orders, order status history, invoices and inventory movements.
• Basic technical data processed by our hosting and database providers to deliver and secure the service, such as request logs.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this website, and we do not collect payment card details — plan payments are arranged directly with our team outside the platform.

• Responding to demo requests and business enquiries.
• Creating and managing restaurant accounts, staff access and subscription plans.
• Delivering QR ordering, live order updates and customer order tracking.
• Generating POS bills, thermal receipts, GST invoices and eBills.
• Restaurant operations features such as menu management, inventory and analytics.
• Providing support and resolving issues reported to us.
• Maintaining security, preventing misuse and fraud, and enforcing device and plan limits.
• Improving platform reliability and features.
• Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations where applicable.

• With the restaurant you ordered from: order details, table number and the phone number you provide are shared with that restaurant so it can prepare, bill and complete your order.
• With infrastructure providers that host our application, database and file storage on our behalf under their own security obligations.
• With authorities or third parties where disclosure is required by applicable law or legal process.

We do not sell personal data. Restaurants on the platform can access only their own data; tenant separation is enforced at the database level.

We retain data for as long as an account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Orders, invoices and billing records may be retained longer where required for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or other legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including authenticated access, row-level database access rules that isolate each restaurant's data, restricted file storage access and encrypted transport (HTTPS). No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim any certification or compliance standard we have not obtained.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for further contact, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements. If your data was submitted through a restaurant using BookYourOrder, we may direct your request to that restaurant as the business responsible for its customer relationship.

We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your active order or device session. We do not currently use non-essential cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

BookYourOrder is a business tool intended for restaurant owners, their staff and their dining customers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Updates are published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
