Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of the BookYourOrder platform operated by Book Your Order LLP. By creating an account, using the restaurant dashboard, or using the QR ordering and order-tracking pages, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

The platform currently provides:

• QR-based digital menus and table ordering for dine-in customers.
• Menu and category management, including item photos where the plan allows.
• Live order management for restaurant staff, with real-time order updates.
• POS billing and manual billing at the counter.
• Thermal receipt and KOT printing on supported printers.
• GST invoices and shareable eBills.
• Customer order tracking.
• Restaurant branding, staff accounts, inventory and analytics features according to the active plan.

Feature availability depends on the subscription plan assigned to the account.

Accounts are intended for food businesses and their authorised staff. You must provide accurate business information and keep it current. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for the staff accounts you create. Concurrent device usage is limited according to your plan.

The restaurant is solely responsible for its menu items, descriptions, images, prices, tax and GST configuration, item availability, order fulfilment, food preparation, food safety and hygiene, communication with its customers, and compliance with laws applicable to its business. Book Your Order LLP provides software only, is not a party to the transaction between a restaurant and its customers, and is not responsible for food quality, service or restaurant–customer disputes.

Access is provided under a subscription plan assigned to the account. Plans run for the period stated at the time of activation and must be renewed for access to continue; when a plan ends, the account is locked until it is renewed. Plan activation and renewal are arranged directly with our team.

• Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to publish unlawful content.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to other accounts, data or systems.
• Do not attack, overload, probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute platform data or software without permission.
• Do not misuse customer personal data obtained through the platform.
• Do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Restaurants are responsible for handling their customers' personal data lawfully and only for order fulfilment and legitimate business purposes.

Book Your Order LLP owns the BookYourOrder platform software, design and platform branding. Restaurants retain ownership of and responsibility for their own menus, logos, images, business content and business data, and grant us the limited right to host and display that content in order to operate the service for them.

The platform relies on third-party hosting, database and file-storage infrastructure, and uses WhatsApp links for optional customer and support contact. We do not control and do not guarantee the availability or performance of third-party services.

The platform may be updated, changed, maintained or temporarily unavailable. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book Your Order LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse of the platform, non-payment or non-renewal of a plan, suspected fraud, or where required by law. You may stop using the platform at any time; data retention after termination follows the Privacy Policy.
